Leadership Team Feature: Molly Tweten

This summer, our sister school, PacPrep has been so incredibly lucky to welcome our new Admissions Manager Molly Tweten to the family. In her three months here, Molly has completely wowed us with her compassion for families, her commitment to student success, and her incredible attention to detail. As the main point person for new families interested in enrolling in one-on-one private school with PacPrep, Molly is a comforting presence, ready to shepherd families through the enrollment process.

Molly brings over 10 years of experience in social work, community engagement, and nonprofit management to the role, which puts her in a unique position to listen to families, understand their children’s needs, and advocate on their behalf. She is a talented problem-solver with an astute ability to understand the academic needs of each child and propose thoughtful academic programming options based on what will serve them best.

Beyond being one of our favorite all-stars, Molly has a great zest for life and loves finding ways to stay active. From snowboarding to surfing to playing volleyball to training for a half marathon, you can often find Molly on the go. When she’s not riding the waves, you can find her with her husband Andy, daughter Elly, and two rescue dogs Steel and Grace.
